End-User/ Customer Implied Warranty
The warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defects, compatible with following limitations and exclusions.
Repair and Replace: Helmets and Boxes (1 year); While the warranty is in operation, SEC agrees to repair or replace components that will be defective, under the condition that it is a manufacturing defect in material and workmanship.
Repair and Replace: (1-year; free of charge)
- Defective helmet mechanism will be replaced. (free of charge; excluding visor and padding)
- Defective adhesive will be repaired. (Free of charge)
Refund and exchange of item: Helmet and boxes: (60 days)
- Exchange: The item must be returned to us at our main branch (SEC Motosupply Main branch 10th ave, Caloocan) in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within the covered warranty period. In long distance cases, the buyer should shoulder shipping both ways.
- Refund: Products that are defective can be refunded within only 7 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
- While the warranty is in operation, SEC agrees to exchange the item up to a maximum value limit equal to the purchase price of the helmet.
Additional notes:
Replacement of one or more helmet components, during the warranty period does not extend the warranty duration.
Exclusions and Limitations
SEC Motosupply will not be held responsible under any circumstance for any defects of products in case of:
- Clearance Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable discount starts at SRP-30%
- Damages cause by accidents and/or falls and blows, even accidental
- Color changes of the helmets as a result of use.
- Items that have been sent to alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any damages caused by incorrect/ improper use, poor maintenance, incorrect use of internal and external elements.
- Any changes made to the helmet by user or third party.
Damages caused by the use of chemicals applications of stickers, paint, and incompatible accessories sold by other companies.
